From the idea to the product
As a private label specialist, we concentrate on ideas for our industry partners. We develop tailor-made product concepts all the way through to market readiness and accompany them through the entire product lifecycle. In regional test markets, we have the opportunity to ascertain consumer acceptance of products. After successful tests, the item is permanently placed in the range.
Innovation is our passion
In 2014, we set up the "Gropper Innovationswerkstatt". Here, employees from various departments come together regularly to develop new product concepts with some outside help. This ensures, on the one hand, our competitiveness, and on the other promotes the involvement of our employees in our company. 
Gropper claims third honour as top innovator

Hattrick for Gropper! After 2012 and 2014, Gropper has once again been distinguished as one of the most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany in 2017. The "Top 100" seal of approval is awarded to German companies that impress due to their innovational strength and accomplishments. The Top 100 jury stated, that our “vibrant innovational atmosphere” and the “great ideas from our staff” are the reasons for gaining the award. With this hattrick, we underline our successes of the previous years and prove once again: To us, milk, juice and coffee are more than just resources!
