The highest quality is part of our self-image. Sensory, chemical/physical and microbiology tests are performed on products in our modern laboratories from receiving to shipping. Quality and food safety are assured by continuous improvement and employee qualification along the entire value chain. We meet the requirements of our customers through extensive certification, including IFS, BRC, Öko and EMAS. For hazard and risk assessments across all products, we work according to the HACCP control system.

Reliable quality means assurance over the course of years. That is why quality assurance for us starts at the very beginning: with our suppliers. Especially trained dairy product advisers assist our farmers with training, consultancy and support for all matters related to the topics of milk, milk production and processing.

We know how important the responsible use of natural resources is. That is why sustainable production and the distribution of future-proof concepts are firmly anchored in our philosophy. In addition to social standards, we meet the requirements of quality, energy, occupational health and safety, and environmental management systems, the criteria for regional and environmental seals, and the requirements for manufacturing ecological products. External supervisory bodies annually confirm our compliance with these guidelines.
