From idea to product

We as a trade brand specialist focus on ideas for our commercial partners. We develop tailor-made products for them to market readiness and accompany them throughout the product lifecycle. Consumer acceptance of products can be determined by us in regional test markets.

Innovation is our company sport

We initiated our in-house innovation workshop a few years ago. Employees from various departments get together at regular intervals to develop new product concepts with external support. This keeps us competitive on the one hand and promotes collaboration between our employees on the other hand. Together we produce ideas.

Gropper – three time TOP Innovator

The three-pack is complete! Gropper was chosen as one of Germany’s most innovative companies in 2017, 2014 and 2012. The “Top 100” seal of quality is awarded to German SMEs who exhibit extraordinary innovativeness and innovation success. Our “lively innovation climate” and “great ideas contributed by the staff” were cited as reasons for the award by the Top 100 jury. This confirms our success in prior years and once again proves: with us, milk, juice and coffee are far more than just raw materials!
