Most of our suppliers are owner-managed companies and we have been partners with them for many years. We work together to ensure a transparent supply chain and end-to-end quality assurance for our products.

Thanks to trustworthy and reliable partners who comply with strict guidelines, we are able to assure the consistent quality of our products. Our coffee comes only from sustainable production on farms certified by the Rainforest Alliance. That is why all our coffee products bear the Rainforest Alliance Certified™ seal. Certification with the Rainforest Alliance Certified™ seal means coffee beans can be traced all the way back to the coffee grower’s plantation. Rainforest Alliance certified farms also protect the environment and sensitive ecosystems, and promote good working and living conditions for workers.

Milk as our most important raw material is procured fresh daily from regional producers. With some of our milk suppliers, we have maintained a very close and trusting partnership for decades already. This involvement directly in our region also has the advantage of short transportation routes for very low CO₂ emissions. We thereby protect our most important resource: intact nature as the basis for the best milk and our other natural raw materials.

Since the best quality begins with the harvest, only the best harvests from around the world are considered by us. We put our trust exclusively in select suppliers with whom we maintain close partnerships. To ensure the direct juice pressed fresh in the production country after the harvest is still fresh when it reaches us, we rely on a sophisticated and efficient supply chain. Ultimately the gentle further processing of fruits guarantees the best possible quality.
